Terms of service
These terms explain how we work with you when you use CloudTZ for hosting, domains, websites, marketing, video or photography.

1. Who we are
CloudTZ ("we", "us") provides hosting and digital services to businesses in Tanzania. You can reach us at shaiyache@gmail.com or on WhatsApp.
2. Quotes and agreements
Prices on this website are a guide. We confirm the final price and scope in a written quote, which can be a message or an email. Work starts when you accept the quote and, where we ask for it, pay the deposit.
3. Hosting and VPS
Hosting plans are billed for the period shown on the plan: yearly for shared hosting and monthly for VPS. Your service renews until you tell us to stop, and we remind you before it does.
You are responsible for the content you host and for keeping your passwords safe. A standard VPS is unmanaged unless we agree managed setup in writing.
We work to keep servers available, but we cannot promise that a service will never be interrupted. We will tell you about planned maintenance where we can.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use our services for illegal content, spam, malware, attacks on other systems, or anything that harms other customers. We may suspend a service that does this, and we will contact you first where it is safe to do so.
5. Domains
A domain you register through us is registered in your name. Domain fees go to the registry and are not refundable once the domain is registered. Keep your contact details up to date so you receive renewal notices.
6. Websites, video, photography and branding
We agree the scope, the number of revisions and the timeline before work starts. Extra work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Once the final invoice is paid, you own the finished work we made for you. We may show it in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party items such as stock images, fonts and plugins stay under their own licences.
We need your content, photos and approvals on time. Delays on your side can move the delivery date.
7. Payment
Payment is due as stated on the quote or invoice. We may pause work or a service while an invoice is overdue.
8. Our responsibility
We take care over our work, but we are not responsible for losses that come from things outside our control, such as problems at your domain registry, a third-party service, or your own changes. Where the law allows, our responsibility for any one service is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
9. Ending the service
You can stop a service at any time by telling us before the next renewal. We can end a service if these terms are broken, or by giving you reasonable notice. Please keep your own copy of your files and databases.
