Refund policy
We want you to be happy with what you buy. This page explains when you can get your money back.

1. Hosting and VPS
If you are not satisfied with a new hosting or VPS plan, tell us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund that first payment in full.
After 7 days we do not refund the current billing period, but you can cancel before the next renewal so you are not charged again.
2. Domains
Domain registrations and renewals are not refundable once the domain has been registered, because the fee is paid to the registry.
3. Websites, branding, video and photography
These are custom projects. If a deposit has been paid and we have not started, we refund it. Once work has started, the deposit covers the work done so far.
If we do not deliver what the quote describes, we will correct it at no cost. If we cannot, we will refund the part that was not delivered.
4. Other cases
Refunds are not given for problems caused by changes you made, by third-party services, or for services suspended because these terms were broken.
5. How to ask
Write to us by WhatsApp or at shaiyache@gmail.com with your name and what you bought. Approved refunds are paid back the way you paid, normally within 10 working days.
