This page explains what personal information CloudTZ collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. What we collect
When you send the quote or contact form we collect your name, phone number or email, the services you chose, your budget range and your message.
When you host with us we also keep the account and billing details needed to run the service, and the content you put on our servers.
If you message us on WhatsApp, we see the number and what you send us.
2. Why we use it
We use your details to reply to you, give you a quote, provide and bill the services you buy, keep our servers secure, and meet legal duties. We do not sell your information.
3. Who sees it
Our team sees it. Service providers who help us run things, such as email delivery, payment and domain registries, receive only what they need. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as they are useful to follow up, and account records for as long as you are a customer and as long as the law requires afterwards.
5. Cookies
This website uses a small cookie only to remember your language choice. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this page.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, subject to what we must keep by law. Write to shaiyache@gmail.com and we will answer within a reasonable time.
7. Security
We protect information with access controls, encryption in transit (SSL) and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, so we also ask you to use strong passwords.
